offered in Xing Yi Nei Gong: a set of
preparatory exercises designed to realign
the muscle groups, ligaments, and tendons for martial arts
training.
It is therefore an excellent method for rehabilitating the
body
after injury. It also includes standing meditation
exercises
that teach the proper postural alignments for issuing
martial arts
power.
